Training Academy

The Cerberus UK Academy has been created with the aim of affecting the skills shortage we currently face in the UK construction market, while tackling some of the boundaries individuals face entering into the industry. Passionately, we have taken the step to open the Academy to school leavers, BAME, those effected by COVID, the unemployed, Armed forces leavers, ex-offenders, and many more.
As an organisation we passionately believe that ‘Workers are the key to success’ due to this, every worker we take on has access to fully funded apprenticeship training, Mental Health Awareness Assistance, financial well-being training and more.
With the network of partnership associations, charities and collaborative organisations we believe this is the ‘Jewel in our Crown’.
We have created a model that can be used both internally and externally for our partnership companies as well as external companies that are also looking to effect a change on the skills shortage within the UK construction market.
We have created various models within the Academy that utilise the Government Kickstart, Traineeships and Apprenticeship schemes, with the aim to bridge the gap between Learners, Training Providers, Funding Assistance and Hiring Companies.
